I just started going to the gym.
I made a plan what to do each time and want to go three times a week.Do you have any advice or tips?
What I do is that for each day I go to the gym, I focus on one of the three main lifts (bench, squat, deadlift) and then do supplementary lifts after I get one of the three done. So like on a bench day, I then focus on biceps and triceps, a squat day I also do calves and incline press, and on deadlift days I also do rows and shoulder workouts.
